Pricing

Price the validated scope, not an assumed object count.

BridgeAD pricing is quote-based because topology, migration depth, deployment ownership, risk controls, and delivery support materially change the work.

Why no instant price?A mailbox count does not describe forests, trusts, SID history, rollback, coexistence, or self-hosted operating responsibilities. We will not hide those differences behind a misleading unit price.
Packages

Three commercial starting points.

These packages explain what is bought. Final inclusions, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and fees are documented in the proposal and order form.

Fixed-scope entry

Readiness assessment

For teams that need a defensible scope before selecting tooling or setting a cutover date.

  • Topology and requirement workshop
  • Readiness and blocker register
  • Workload status alignment
  • Pilot boundary recommendation

What changes the quote.

We identify these variables before commercial approval so delivery does not depend on assumptions hidden in a proposal.

  • Number and topology of forests, domains, and tenants
  • Object classes, counts, mappings, and exception rate
  • SID history, passwords, ACLs, and coexistence requirements
  • Supported versus controlled-pilot capability mix
  • SaaS versus customer-managed infrastructure
  • Assessment, implementation, or managed delivery ownership
  • Migration windows, environments, and support coverage
  • Reporting, security, procurement, and handover requirements

Every proposal includes a delivery boundary.

Planned M365 content connectors are not bundled into AD migration pricing as if they were generally available.
